JOB DESCRIPTION:

On behalf of IMPAQ International, Headway Workforce Solutions is currently seeking work from home Bilingual Cantonese/English Telephone Interviewers. Interviewers will ask questions over the phone regarding Medicare benefits. This position pays $14 per hour, and offers a variable work schedule.

This position offers a unique schedule: Interviewers will work one day in January for up to 8 hours on January 5th. The project will then break until February 5th, when interviewing will begin again and last through June 1st, 2018. There may be some training hours offered between January 5th and February 5th, but they will be limited.

As a Telephone Interviewer, you will…

  • Contact health plan call centers across the country to help Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) evaluate healthcare compliance
  • Be on the phone the full shift and be comfortable making a high volume of calls with specific time constraints.
  • Read the questions clearly and verbatim to the participant

Hours & Training:

  • Required Training on January 2nd, 2018 from 12pm EST - 8pm EST
  • 4 - 6 hours per shift
  • 20 – 40 hours per week, Monday – Friday. No Weekend Hours required.
  • Successful completion of self-study and web-based training prior to outbound calling
  • Work lasts through June 1st, 2018
